When earning Stamps, you will have to know what you have to do to get that Stamp, so go to your Stamp book to either Activities, Events or Games :)
...Hover over a Stamp and see what you have to do :) Underground: Find the secret entrance to the underground :)
...Once you did that, you will get a message saying "Stamp Earned! Underground" :)
...Also when you open your Stamp book, they will give you a message about your Recently Earned Stamps :)
...Once you have earned that stamp, that Stamp will be put into your Stamp Book :)

Hi Pagger2 :) No Problem Bro! :) You can still get stamps by playing games :) I got 5 in one game in Surfer at the Cove :)
